Reporting & Rich Analytics

Fusion Nexus’ reporting and analytics tool gives administrators the ability to monitor user and agent performance in real time and with historical data.

The application includes a number of tools to retrieve call statistics, agent statistics, and logs. It can also produce daily or scheduled reports in multiple file formats, including PDF, HTML, XLS, and CSV. These reports can be sent via email to a number of preset destinations.
