Fusion Call Centre – Call Centre as a Service (CCaaS)

Call Centre is an intuitive, full-featured, scalable inbound service integrated with the Fusion Mobile Communications platform. It provides a complete range of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) features as well as statistics, reporting tools, call monitoring and call management.

Partners and Hardware

The Fusion Mobile Communications platform supports a range of certified phones with automatic provisioning and regular updates. These brands include Yealink, Cisco Poly, Panasonic, Htek and Snom.

Outside of these certified brands, we will be able to support any SIP-capable device.

Reporting and Analytics

Fusion Mobile Communications‘ reporting and analytics tools enable administrators to monitor users and agents productivity in real-time. With in-depth historical data, call statistics for groups, and agents. Daily or scheduled reports can be sent via email to a number of pre-set destinations.

Secure Voice (TLS & SRTP) is provided as standard on all our services. For SIP Trunking this is optional.
